little Molly was on the move...& i had a bit of trouble keeping up with her. but those stand-still moments were precious :) as we pack up & move back to the West Coast, I'll miss these opportunities to photograph families in the midst of their time serving our great Nation. it isn't too often you find flags & red-white-&-blue painted on the side of buildings off military establishments. despite the sweat, heat, & sweltering weather (did i mention it was hot?!), i think we captured their family pretty well....

this sweet, sweet family's "new addition" isn't so new anymore--in fact, his first birthday is just around the corner. they are so easy to take pictures of...& little "Z" certainly wasn't afraid of the camera either.

wayyy back in october, i flew to alaska for a week to spend some time with our newest family member. i left drenched in her cuteness {& thankfully not much spitup!}.

oh what a JOY these guys were. they brought along a friend to keep them occupied with snacks & knock-knock jokes. and in the meantime, we ALL had loads of fun.

and mom did a uber-fantastic job on their outfits.

justin was home for his 2 week R&R. and as much as i tried to stay out of their way, i also shoved my camera in their faces for the week i visited.

but these were the result...so i'm not apologizing (wink wink!)
